A Simple Random Act Of Kindness By A New York Cop Becomes An Extraordinary Event...

I have a pair of boots for you.
They're all weather. Let's put them on and take care of you.

Jennifer Foster from Arizona just happened to be in New York's Time Square and with her mobile phone captured a shot of NYPD cop Larry De Primo engaged in a simple, random act of kindness and generosity of spirit.
We're used to seeing police involved in brutal situations brandishing batons and pointing guns.
We as the public of the world, need to see this sort of kindness but not see it as an extraordinary event.
Let's make it a common event.
Most of humanity is engaged in their own lives of desperation but we're all capable of small and random acts of kindness.
Thanks Jennifer Foster and thank you Larry De Primo for making a difference.
Maybe the world can be a better place...

  1. And how difficult is it to be nice to someone? Yet rarely do these wonderful spiritually uplifting acts of kindness be given the coverage they deserve in a world filled with negativity...thank you for posting this.

  2. I found it extremely sad that so many claimed this was a publicity stunt. We as a society have become so jaded that we can't even conceive selfless acts. My hat goes off to this officer. He is a true hero.

  3. What a lovely act of kindness. It also shows compassion and a lovely lack of judgement.
